At Glencroft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
